To unlock the code / model on the Android device, follow these steps:

1. Enter incorrectly five times the password. The device will be blocked and will display the message, that the release model has been erroneously inserted 5 times and the next introduction will be possible after 30 seconds.

2. In the release screen of the tablet or the smatphone the «Did you forget the model button?» (It may not appear, enter the wrong release model and press the «Home» button).

3. After pressing this button, you will be asked to enter the E -mail and password from your Google account. At the same time, the Android device must be connected to the Internet. Click «Connect» and if everything has been entered correctly, after authentication you will be asked to introduce a new release model.

However, if the device is not connected to the internet or does not remember the access data to your Google account, this method will not help you. It will only help you restore the device to the factory settings: what we will talk about below.

To restore the tablet or smartphone you will have to press certain buttons in a certain order: it will eliminate the release model, but will eliminate all data and programs. The only thing you can do is remove the memory card, if it contains important data.

ATTENTION: Before restoring, make sure the battery is charged of at least 60%, otherwise there is a risk that the device does not start.

First step: turn off the phone. After confirming and cleaning the system select the «Restart now» section and press the power button.
• Samsung Galay S4 – Press the «Home» button at the same time, provide and increase the volume of the sound until the Android logo is displayed. With the help of the volume keys, select «Data cleaning/factory restoration». Press «Home», select «Yes» and press «Home» again. And then select «Restart»> «Potenza». All data will be deleted and the phone will return to the factory settings.
• Samsung Galaxy S3 – Press the Add Audio Volume button and the «Home» button. Press the power button and hold down until the phone starts to vibrate. After the Android logo appears, let all the buttons go. In the menu, the phone restored the factory settings, which will allow to unlock the phone.
• Samsung Galaxy S2 – Press and press the button, the volume of the sound, and at the same time press and leave the power button. From the menu appeared selecting «Clear storage». By selecting this section, press and let the power button go, confirm the restore by pressing the audio volume button.

Unlock HTC
